Hi Mike,

Thanks for the warm welcome. I am currently in transition and looking for a new sales career. I worked at Magna Donnelly for 19 years selling automotive parts to GM and Chrysler. I went to Scherdel Sales & Technology in Muskegon selling precision springs, stampings and wire forms to Bosch, TRW and others. I was most recently National Account Manager at SoundOff Signal in Hudsonville selling LED lighting.

Best Regards,

Well, I am trying. I hope to have my LinkedIn profile 100% complete within a day or so. Right now I have to keep doing the free stuff and on my own time - which seems to be more and more restricted by events that are outside of my control! BUT it's a fabulous day so life is good!

I'm hoping this is how to reply to your kind note Michael.  I live out in the Greater Grand Rapids metro area (Grand Rapids - on Lake Michigan right?) in Spring Lake.  i work selling joint replacements with an office in my home and sales with all the orthopedic surgeons in Grand Rapids.  My passion is to move the medical device industry forward in Grand Rapids and provide all you baby boomers with the ability to move your joints into your 80's and beyond!

Other than that its sand, surf and suds.

Cheers!

Hi Michael,

Thanks for the opportunity. Is this where I should tell you more about myself?

Originally from the small town of Dexter, I graduated last year from Michigan State University with a degree in Interior Design. Currently I'm working as an associate on the office team at CB Richard Ellis, leasing and selling real estate. I also work with Michigan Energy Options in East Lansing on environmental design projects. My professional goals revolve around the concept of successful sustainable environments, whether through design, community, or advocacy. I've also been working with the USGBC West Michigan Chapter Heart of Michigan Branch here in Lansing on their steering committee, bringing professionals in the area together to discuss environmental issues and Michigan's role in the new green era. I enjoy meeting and working with people, and I'm passionate about Michigan's return to the top of the economic food chain.

My personal website is www.jennifergraceallen.com, if you'd like to know more.

Thanks again, Michael. Cheers.

Mike, I think 5:25 is a great idea! It would be helpful to have participants share what they do, so we can even think about leads, contact, etc. ahead of time. (Sorry. I'm a planner. Years of preparing briefs before news interviews or government meetings.) With a day or two notice of what type of business people are looking for, we can each think about our contacts with this event in mind. Just a suggestion.

Hi Micheal,

Thanks for approving my recent blogs and your great comments. I like your Zoo B-Q  code insert. I tried to insert my QR code into my blog post last night and it would not insert. Can you please let me know what I need to be to insert my code into a blog etc.

Thanks a ton

Linda

Hi Michael,

I did exactly what you said and could not get it to show up in my blogpost. Not sure why it did not transfer over when I grabbed my lost from word.  I will try again to see if it works.

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

Micheal I have a member/mentor group I am trying to form and wondered how expensive it is to get a site up like this one through ning? Also if there is another route I should go. I want to be able to add member profiles and I want to have items for sale on the site and of course blogs and what is available on this site.  Any suggestions?
